Your fare

Type your hotel. See the fare.

Every fare is worked out the same way: AED 52 and the car's rate for each kilometre of the road from the airport, rounded up to the next AED 5, with the tolls and the airport parking inside it. Each of our listed places has one fixed price per car from each airport; a typed address is measured along the real driving route. Either way the figure is settled before the car moves.

For an arrival, your driver times the pickup to the landing time you give. If your flight changes, tell us and we move the pickup; the fare stays the same.

Your route

Route by Google · map by Esri

Loading the map. Your fare is already worked out.

Typing an address looks it up with Google Places and measures the route with Google Maps, so the address you type and its coordinates go to Google to be found and measured. The map is Esri's, drawn from OpenStreetMap and other data, and your browser loads its tiles from Esri. The page's typefaces are served from this site, and the currency guide's rates come from open.er-api.com, which is told nothing about you. Your booking, with the name and mobile number you give, stays on your own device until you send it to us.

Choose your car

Four cars. One fixed price.

Pick the one that fits your party and your cases, and the fare is settled before the car moves. Seats and cases are the manufacturer's or operator's figures; how much luggage fits varies with the cases.

How a booking works.

The fare is set when you price it. Only an extra stop or a long wait, each at a published rate, can change it.

Questions

The things people ask before booking.

Is the price really fixed?⌄

Yes, and it is the whole point. There is no meter in the car, no surge, no night rate and no traffic charge. The figure the calculator gives you is agreed when you book and is what you pay, whether the road is empty at 3am or solid on a Friday evening. Salik is already inside it. Traffic on the day is ours to manage. The only things that move a fare are things you change — a different destination, an extra stop, or waiting beyond the free window — and each of those has a published rate you can see before you agree to it.

How is the fare worked out?⌄

One way, by the kilometre. Every fare is AED 52 and your car's rate for each kilometre of the road between the airport and your address, rounded up to the next AED 5 — Downtown to DXB is AED 80, and the Marina AED 105, in the Lexus ES 350 — with the Salik tolls and the airport parking already inside that number, so nothing is added on the day. Each of our listed places has one fixed price per car from each airport; a typed address is measured along the real driving route. A short run never costs less than the car's minimum fare. Either way you see the figure before you book and it does not move.

Does the terminal matter?⌄

For the pickup, yes: Terminal 2 sits on the far side of the runway from Terminals 1 and 3, and your driver waits at the forecourt your flight uses, so pick it on the booking. For the fare, less than people expect: each listed place has one price whichever DXB terminal you use — Umm Al Quwain to Terminal 2 costs exactly what it costs to Terminal 3 — and only a typed address is measured to the exact forecourt. DWC and Sharjah have one passenger terminal each, so there is nothing to choose.

Is a return cheaper than two one-way trips?⌄

No. A return is the two journeys added together. To a listed place each leg is the same fixed figure, so a return is exactly twice the one-way price; a typed address is measured in its own direction each way, and the two halves can differ by a few dirhams. What booking a return buys you is a held car and a settled price for the way home, instead of arranging one at 4am.

How many people and cases fit?⌄

It depends on the car, and every car on the page shows its seats and cases before you choose it. The saloons — the Lexus ES and the S-Class — take three passengers. Seven fit in the V-Class and the Yukon XL. High-end cars, including the Escalade, are arranged on Signature Experience Dubai. The seats and cases are the manufacturer's or operator's figures, and how much luggage fits varies with the cases, so tell us about anything large. If the party outgrows one vehicle we send a second, with the price for both before you commit.

What happens if my flight is late?⌄

Your driver times the pickup to the landing time you give us, and airport waiting is free for the first hour after you land, which is about what a normal clearance at DXB takes — a queue on the night does not become a charge. If your flight is moved, email us and we move the pickup; the fare does not change.

Are Salik tolls and parking extra?⌄

No. Nor is airport parking. Both are inside every fare, which is why every quote shows one line. The calculator still names the gates your route passes, so you can see the drive, but nothing is added for them. There is nothing to settle at the end of the journey.

How do I pay?⌄

Securely by card. Once your driver is confirmed we send you a secure card payment link, and there is no deposit: nothing is due before that. If you prefer, you can pay straight away after you send the booking, and if we cannot confirm a driver you get a full refund.

Do you cover airports outside Dubai?⌄

We run from three airports — DXB, DWC and Sharjah — and drive to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, the desert resorts, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. As well as airport transfers, we drive point to point and by the hour, each at a price fixed before you book. Ras Al Khaimah airport is a destination for us rather than a pickup point, and the Al Dhafra Region west of Abu Dhabi is outside the area we cover.
