Dubai Transfers is a trading name of NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ, which is responsible for your personal data on dubaitransfers.ae and in the Dubai Transfers app, and across its other brands, Experience Dubai and NWP Travel. It is a free zone company licensed by Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The law that applies is UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR too. If a translation of this page differs from the English, the English version prevails.

On this website

An account is optional: you can always book as a guest. The only cookies this site sets are the partner-link one described below and, only while you are signed in, the sign-in cookie described under "If you create an account on this website". What you choose and enter here, the journeys in your booking with the name, mobile number, addresses and optional email address you give for them, the journeys you save, your language, your currency and light or dark, is kept in your own browser and goes nowhere until you send it to us. A booking you have not sent is cleared from your browser after three days. The box for offers is never ticked for you, and whether you tick it is not kept in your browser.
Typing an address looks it up with Google Places and measures the route with Google Maps, through this site's own server, so the address you type and its coordinates go to Google to be found and measured. The map is Esri's, drawn from OpenStreetMap and other data, and your browser loads its tiles from Esri.
To show a price in your currency, your browser fetches the day's exchange rates from open.er-api.com and keeps them, and on your first visit the site reads which country your connection comes from to choose that currency. The country is not stored anywhere.
The page's two typefaces are served from this site itself, so opening it asks nothing of Google Fonts or any other font service.
If you arrive through a partner's link, this site sets one cookie, nwp_attr, holding only that link's code and a random click number for 30 days, and sends it with a booking you make so the partner who sent you is credited; it is not used for advertising.
The site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie and builds no advertising profile. We also load Drive (emrldtp.com) to measure advertising against visits and bookings. What is kept in your browser is listed in the Cookie policy.

If you create an account on this website

An account (NWP Rewards) is the group's one account for Dubai Transfers, Experience Dubai and NWP Trips, run by NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ on its booking system at experiencedubai.ae. When you sign up or sign in, this site's server passes your email address and password to that system, and the same details are held there as for the apps (see "In the Dubai Transfers app" below): your email address, your name and any phone number you add, your language and currency, your bookings, your points, your invite code and any review you write. A password is never stored on this site.
While you are signed in this site keeps one cookie, dt_acct, with the session the account system returned. It is readable by this site's server only (HttpOnly), is sent only to this site's functions, and lasts up to 30 days of use or until you sign out. Your browser also remembers that you signed in (dt_signed), shows your first name and points for the open tab (dt_acct_nav), and keeps the last five booking references this device sent (dt_sent_v1). They are listed in the Cookie policy.
When you are signed in, your name, mobile number and email address are put into the booking form for you. Nothing is sent to us until you send a booking. Whether you want offers is your choice on the account page, and the box in a booking is still never ticked for you.
You can see and change your details, and delete your account for good, from the account page on this site. Deleting follows the rules under "Keeping and deleting your data" below.

When you book on this website

A booking is a message you send us on WhatsApp or by email, from your own phone or mail app. It carries your name and mobile number and the journeys in your booking: where from and to, the hotel or address, the date and time, the car, the number of passengers and cases, any child seats or large items you note, and the flight numbers you give. Your email shows us the address you sent it from. A message sent on WhatsApp (+971 50 361 0947) also shows us the name and number on your WhatsApp account.
When you send or copy a booking, the page also sends the same details to the booking system that NWP Travel and Tourism L.L.C-FZ runs for Dubai Transfers and Experience Dubai, so that your booking has a record we confirm against: your name and mobile number, your email address if you give one, the journeys and their fares, the language of the page, whether you ticked the box for offers and, if you came through a partner's link, that link's code and click number. Your email to us is still the booking; if the booking system cannot be reached, nothing else changes.
If you tick the box for offers, we record that you did, the sentence beside it in the language you saw it in, and when, and we may send you occasional offers from Experience Dubai and Dubai Transfers by email or SMS. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to trade@nwp.ae. If you leave it unticked, we send you no offers.
If, after booking an arrival, you add the ride back to the airport from the offer the page shows, our booking system issues an Experience Dubai discount code linked to that booking, and to your email address if you gave one. The page shows the code; it works on experiencedubai.ae once the booking is confirmed.
We use these details to arrange and run your transfer, to confirm it and to keep you updated. The driver who carries out the transfer receives only what the pickup needs: your name, phone number, the pickup and drop-off, the time and the flight.
You pay securely by card, through our payment provider, Stripe, using a link we send once your driver is confirmed, or straight away from the window that opens after you send the booking. Where the page offers it, you can instead pay in USDC on Solana: that is a transfer on a public blockchain, which records the amount and the wallet addresses publicly, and we ask for no other wallet detail. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach this site or our servers; we receive confirmation that the payment was made, its amount and its reference. We never sell personal data.
Pay in Parts, once it is open, lets you pay a booking in daily, weekly or monthly payments before you travel. If you choose it, the booking system shows you the plan's terms with the total, and when you accept them it records the terms you saw, when you accepted them, your IP address and your browser, and sets up the plan with the email address on the booking. Your card is entered on the page of our payment provider, Stripe, never on this site; Stripe keeps it and charges each payment on its date, and we never see the card number. The plan and its notices are sent to your email address.
If you leave your email address to hear when Pay in Parts opens, we keep it for that, with the language you used, and send you offers only if you tick the box beside it, recording the sentence you saw.

In the Dubai Transfers app

The app is not available yet. When the Dubai Transfers app launches:

If you create an account, we keep your email address, the name and any phone or WhatsApp number you add, your language and currency, the bookings you make, your points, the journeys you save and any review you write. One account signs you in to the Dubai Transfers, Experience Dubai and NWP Travel apps.
If you allow notifications, we keep a token for your device so that we can send you updates about your transfer. We send offers only if you turn them on.
A review you write is shown with your first name and the first letter of your surname, never with your full name or contact details.
Card payments in the app are taken by our payment provider; we never see or store a card number. The app shows no advertising and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Keeping and deleting your data

Booking and payment records are kept for at least five years, as UAE accounting law requires, then deleted. Enquiries that do not become a booking are kept for 24 months. Anything else is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Delete your app account in the app from Account, then Delete account, on the account page of this website, or on the web at experiencedubai.ae/account/delete. Your profile, points, saved journeys, devices, reviews and requests are removed at once. Booking references and amounts are kept without your name for as long as UAE record-keeping rules require. The name, phone number and travel documents on a booking still to come are kept until the day after the trip, so that the driver can find you, and are then removed automatically.
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data: trade@nwp.ae. We answer within 30 days.

Who receives your data

We use these providers to run the service; each receives only what its part needs.

Vercel: hosts the site and runs its cookieless Web Analytics.
Drive (emrldtp.com): advertising conversion measurement.
Supabase: the database behind the group's booking system.
Stripe: card payments.
Our email provider: sends and receives booking emails.
Google (Places and Maps): finds and measures the addresses you type, through our server.
Esri and open.er-api.com: map tiles and exchange rates, which your browser loads directly.
The licensed third-party operators and chauffeurs who carry out your transfer, as described above.

Some of these providers handle data outside the UAE. We use them under their data protection terms, and only for the purposes in this policy.

Your rights

Under the PDPL, and under the GDPR if you are in the EU or UK, you can ask to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive a copy of it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of them, write to trade@nwp.ae or message us on WhatsApp, +971 50 361 0947. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live; in the UAE that is the UAE Data Office.
